These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our service, so please read them carefully.

By signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you may not use our services.

BaddieTalk Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive and respectful learning environment for all, the following Code of Conduct is expected to be followed by all Students of BaddieTalk Languages, LLC. By booking a class and engaging with our teachers, students agree to adhere to the standards outlined below. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription and access to our services.

  1. Respect and Professionalism:
    • Students are expected to treat all teachers with courtesy, kindness, and respect at all times.
    • All communication, both verbal and typed, must be professional and appropriate. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Appropriate Behavior:
    • Students must maintain appropriate behavior during class, including but not limited to refraining from inappropriate comments, gestures, or sexual advances towards the teacher.
    • Students should never make comments that are offensive, disrespectful, or suggestive in nature.
    • Personal or inappropriate physical interactions, such as exposing oneself or inappropriate body language, are strictly prohibited.
  3. Confidentiality:
    • Students should respect the privacy of their teachers and refrain from asking personal or intrusive questions that go beyond the scope of the lesson.
    • Sharing private or confidential information about teachers, including their personal life, without consent is prohibited.
  4. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination and Harassment:
    • Discrimination, hate speech, bullying, and harassment based on gender, race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic are strictly prohibited.
    • Any comments or actions that create a hostile or uncomfortable learning environment will not be tolerated and will result in immediate consequences.
  5. Commitment to Learning:
    • Students are expected to be prepared and committed to their lessons, demonstrating active participation and respect for the teacher’s time.
    • Students should avoid distractions and refrain from using offensive language or behavior during lessons.
  6. Respect for the Teacher’s Boundaries:
    • Students must respect the professional boundaries of their teachers, understanding that the teacher-student relationship is based on mutual respect and trust.
    • Any behavior that crosses professional boundaries, including attempts to make personal connections beyond the lesson, is prohibited.
  7. Compliance with Platform Rules:
    • Students must comply with all other terms, policies, and guidelines as set forth by BaddieTalk Languages, LLC.
    • Any attempt to circumvent the platform’s rules or engage in unethical or inappropriate conduct may result in the cancellation of their account and/or subscription.
  8. Reporting Inappropriate Behavior:
    • If a student experiences or witnesses any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct, they are encouraged to report it immediately to BaddieTalk Languages, LLC for investigation.
    • Reports will be handled confidentially and will be taken seriously.
  9. Consequences for Violations:
    • Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of the student’s access to the platform and services.
    • In severe cases, where the conduct is deemed unacceptable or harmful, students may be permanently banned from accessing the platform without refund of any remaining subscription time.

By following this Code of Conduct, we create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for both students and teachers. We are committed to fostering a positive experience for all involved.

As soon as you join our community, your Spanish learning adventure begins! Upon purchasing a monthly subscription, you’ll immediately have access to schedule your first class with one of our amazing teachers. No delays, just instant access to start speaking Spanish from day one.

Return Policy

Our lessons are 100% online and completely immersive, so there’s no need to worry about returns—there are no physical products involved. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in flexibility and freedom. That’s why our subscriptions have no contracts, and you can cancel at any time. Just let your teacher know or drop us an email at contact@baddietalk.com, and we’ll handle the rest. No fuss, no stress, just a smooth transition.

Refunds/Exchanges for Special Circumstances

At BaddieTalk Languages, LLC, we want to ensure that our students have a positive learning experience. While our general refund policy is outlined above, we recognize that special circumstances may arise that require flexibility. Below are the guidelines for refunds or exchanges under special circumstances:

  1. Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen personal situations such as serious illness, injury, or other emergency situations that prevent you from continuing your classes, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a partial refund, credit, or class rescheduling at our discretion. Each case will be reviewed individually, and any decision made will be based on the specific circumstances.
  2. Teacher Cancellations: If your teacher cancels a class or is unable to attend a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule the class.
  3. Platform/Technical Issues: In the rare event that there are technical difficulties on our platform or with the video conferencing software (Zoom) that prevent the class from being conducted, we will offer a rescheduled session or credit for the missed class. Refunds may be issued depending on the severity of the issue and at our discretion.
  4. Miscommunication or Scheduling Errors: If there is a miscommunication or error on our part regarding class scheduling, we will work with you to reschedule the class or provide a credit for the missed session.
  5. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied after your first session, you can request a refund of your subscription fee within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that all refund requests, exchanges, and special circumstance claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to find the best solution, but we are not obligated to offer refunds or exchanges outside of the terms outlined above.

Privacy Policy

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the site.
