Can I change my teacher?

Absolutely! We have a fantastic team of teachers ready to support you in your language learning journey. Some clients prefer to work with the same teacher consistently, while others enjoy the variety of switching teachers from time to time. The choice is entirely yours!

Can we conduct my classes on other platforms like FaceTime or Google Meet?

All BaddieTalk classes are conducted exclusively via Zoom. This allows us to maintain a consistent and high-quality experience across all sessions.

Can I reschedule my class?

Yes, you can reschedule your class, but please notify us at least 5 hours before your scheduled time. This allows our teachers to adjust their schedules accordingly. If you fail to provide sufficient notice or miss the class, unfortunately, it will count as a completed session, and no makeup class will be offered. We appreciate your understanding as our teachers dedicate time and effort to preparing for each session.

How do I reschedule my class?

To reschedule a class, go to the calendar invitation you received via email. At the bottom of the email, you’ll find a link and instructions to reschedule your session.

What should I do if I experience technical issues during a class?

If you encounter technical difficulties during your class, please attempt to return to the Zoom call. If you are unable to connect to the Zoom Call with the original provided link, please reach out the team at help@baddietalk.com or for a quicker response via instagram (@baddietalk.co)

Do my classes roll over month to month?

Our pricing is structured to encourage consistency and accountability, helping you stay on track with your language goals. Unused classes do not roll over to the following month. Starting fresh each month motivates you to fully utilize your classes and make steady progress.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription through your personal BaddieTalk Billing Portal: Access Your Billing Portal

Simply enter the email you used when signing up, and you’ll see the option to modify your subscription. If you upgrade, the change will reflect in your next billing cycle. If you’d like to upgrade for the current month, please contact us via Instagram (@baddietalk.co) or email us at help@baddietalk.com.
